Join us for a genuine Arctic wellness experience in the countryside outside Skellefteå. This guided ice bath and wood-fired sauna experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with nature.
We begin with preparation and guidance before entering the cold water, surrounded by the quiet winter landscape. After the ice bath, you warm up in our traditional wood-fired sauna, where the heat, fire and calm atmosphere allow your body to fully relax.
The experience takes place on our small farm, far from crowds and distractions. Between cold and heat, there is time to rest, reflect and enjoy the stillness of northern Sweden.
No previous experience is required. The session is guided at a safe and comfortable pace, focusing on presence, recovery and well-being. A unique combination of Arctic nature, simplicity and care.

Participants must be in good general health. The experience is not recommended for people with heart conditions, high blood pressure or during pregnancy. No previous experience required.
